The Liot group will table a bill to force the Prime Minister to submit to it. The initiative is supported by the left, but the majority, like LR and the RN, oppose it.

It could be debated during the group's parliamentary session next June. The text would therefore have no chance of being supported in the National Assembly. Even in the event of a surprise adoption, it would then have to be submitted to a referendum. A scenario which has never come true since 1958, no constitutional law proposal having been successful.
