Walchensee becomes a crime scene backdrop: a new book volume, “Grenzfall”, has been published. The author, who lives in Munich and Lenggries, describes in almost 400 pages how her main protagonist Krammer investigates a mysterious missing person case.
The plot of the fifth volume - which Schneider is currently writing and is scheduled to appear in 2025 - is also hinted at with a fictional message on the last page of the current book. “I like to give my readers riddles,” she says with a laugh about her self-written report about a mysterious accident.
