Walmart managers can now earn up to $400,000 a year. The new salary is in addition to a $128,000 annual bonus.
The bonuses are available to managers who are less than 24 years old. The program is available to all managers, not just those who have recently graduated from college. It is intended to help fill a gap in the ranks of the company's managerial staff. It will also provide a training program for managers who have not yet graduated from high school or college.
