21 heads of state from more than 25 countries held a summit in Paris on Monday in support of Ukraine. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky deplored having “unfortunately” received only 30% of the “million shells that the European Union’s “promised” to Ukraine.
“Together we must ensure that Putin cannot destroy what we have achieved and cannot extend his aggression to other countries,” Zelenski said. Paris wants to play the leading roles in the support provided to kyiv.
