[HIGHLIGHTS] War in Ukraine: Biden assured Zelensky of his “confidence” in continued American military aid

U.S. Vice-President Joe Biden spoke to Ukrainian President Oleksandr Turchynov in Munich on Saturday.

The two discussed the situation in Ukraine and the need for more U.S.-led military aid to the country. Turchinov said he was confident that the United States would continue to support the Ukrainian government in its fight against Russia. He said he had spoken to the president of Ukraine about the situation and that he was happy to hear that the situation was being dealt with.
