Animal rights activists in London displayed pet carcasses in the streets. The group "Viva! The Vegan Charity" wants to make people question their perceptions of animals.
Footage of the protest shows many people recoiled in visibly disgust when they saw the car with the animals. “I like animals, but I eat meat. I guess I’m a hypocrite,” a passerby explained in a video of the group. The action took place at the London Eye and Trafalgar Square, among other places.
