The United States announced on Wednesday, June 7, a reward of $ 5 million for any information that could lead to the arrest of a Swede charged with international drug trafficking. Maximilian Rivkin managed an encrypted communication network used by drug traffickers, without knowing that this system, called ANOM, had been developed by the US Federal Police.

Rivkin has also been charged in the United States with large-scale racketeering related to drug trafficking and money laundering. The award was announced jointly with Swedish police.
