Today and Sunday will be two typically summer days, in fact, in addition to the sun which will prevail in all regions, the temperatures will be the protagonists. The maximum values in many cities from north to south could reach 28-30°C such as in Bologna, Mantua, Padua, Florence, Perugia, Macerata, Foggia, Taranto, Catanzaro and Agrigento.

But from Monday 15th the pressure will begin to decrease due to the arrival of air that is initially less hot and then, from Tuesday, decidedly cool. A low-pressure system filled with polar air from Scandinavia will quickly reach the Mediterranean basin, will break into Italy through the Bora gate and then by the evening strong storms with hail will hit the Triveneto and then reach Emilia Romagna. The arriving cold air will cause temperatures to drop significantly, causing snow to return to the Dolomites and up to above 600 meters in the late evening. On Wednesday and Thursday all the eastern regions and locally the lower Tyrrhenian Sea will be affected by heavy rainfall.
