Benny Sabati, an Iran researcher at the Institute for National Security Studies INSS, retired from his position this morning on 103FM. Sabati: "We need to separate the public's side from the regime's side, but in between we see the regime stuttering" "The discourse there brings me back to my childhood there, we would stand in lines for batteries for flashlights," says Sabati.

"The public is a little afraid, a little very afraid, and also a little Happy," he adds. "If Israel takes advantage of the opportunity, if we get into the matter of weakening the regime completely - we will get rid of all the militias, the emissaries, at once," Sabati declares. "We inflated this monster and scarecrow to dimensions that really make them think they are successful, that's the problem," he says of the Iranian regime. "It is even sad that the Iranians are not making progress until now," says the retired researcher.
