A town that grew up on a bridge that crosses an important river in China went viral. The Yangtze River in China is the third longest on the planet, after the Nile and the Amazon.

The original construction of the bridge of about 400 meters in length was carried out in the 1980s. It was not until it was abandoned back in the 90s that it began to take on its current shape and appearance. The bridge features domes that rise on vertical towers, elements similar to maritime lighthouses and arches.
