Princess Xenia of Saxony is the first descendant of a king to appear on the cover of the magazine. The princess is 37 years old and shines on reality shows in her country.
She became physically aware when at the age of ten she was diagnosed with a bone tumor in her skull. “I am a person who likes to give. So if it were up for debate, I think I'd make a good queen too,” Xenia said in a Playboy interview.
