Gabriel Attal vowed to farmers to put “ agriculture above everything ” Fifteen days earlier, on a visit to the Dijon University Hospital, he gave the same speech to hospital workers. Describing the hospital as a “ national treasure ”, the Prime Minister announced “ an additional 32 billion euros ” over 5 years for the healthcare system.
The multi-year planning law for public finances, presented in the fall and sent to Brussels, provides that health insurance expenditure will increase from 247 billion in 2023 to 278billion in 2027.
