Wiedergeltingen: Fire in a recycling hall. No one was injured in the fire as no one was working in the hall at the time the fire broke out.
There was significant material damage, which could amount to around 3.5 million euros. The fire did not spread to other buildings in the surrounding area, so the emergency services concentrated on extinguishing the hall. The Memmingen Criminal Police Service (KDD) took over the further investigations, which are being continued by the specialist commissioner of the Memminger Criminal Police Inspectorate.
