Roman Zadorov informed the court on Sunday of his intention to file a compensation claim against the state. According to a report by Aviad Glickman of Channel 13 News, he will claim compensation for the fact that the indictment against him should not have been filed in the first place.
The panel of judges who will decide on the compensation claim is expected to be the one that acquitted him. Tair Rada was murdered in a bathroom stall at the Nofey Golan School in Katzrin in December 2006.
