Artificial intelligence can influence the judgment of those who use it, according to a new study. The study was presented by Maurice Jakesch, a doctoral candidate in the field of information science at Cornell University in New York.

Most of the participants in the experiment did not even realize that artificial intelligence was manipulated, nor did they realize that they were. "We need to better understand their implications," warns co-author Mor Naaman, a professor at Cornell Tech's Jacobs Technion-Cornell Institute.
