Maison Sohier won the competition for the Best Sandwich in Greater Paris on March 14. Around thirty bakeries from Paris, Hauts-de-Seine, Seine-Saint-Denis and Val- de-Marne took part.
This Tuesday, the bakery-pastry shop in Noisy-le-Grand is offering two new sandwiches. One is fish, the other is meat. The fish sandwich, too, is delicious. We can testify to this. We had never eaten anything so good.
