Argentina has regional relevance and, at the same time, little international influence, he adds. "It would be surprising that the central administration, so populated by economists, does not take into account that Argentina represents only 0.25% of global exchange," says the ex-minister of foreign policy. "Do not apply a simple cost-benefit analysis that demonstrates the need to strengthen and not weaken ties"
