One in two employers feel like they are putting it in place, but recognize difficulties in finding tutors. The Union of National Social Security Funds brings together 300 “Secu” organizations and their 145,000 employees. Among them, 2,000 apprentices are expected in 2024, according to the Work-Study Observatory, a French think tank.
