There is a threat of a "catastrophic shortage of qualified personnel" at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant in Ukraine. Russia plans to bring 2700 employees of the power plant and their families to Russia.
The background is the large-scale "evacuation" of numerous communities in the region by the Russian occupiers in response to the possible Ukrainian offensive. Russia proves its "inability to ensure the operation of thenuclear power plant," says the IAEA.
