Zoozve is the first quasi-satellite identified on a planet in the Solar System. It is a space object that actually orbits a star, but does so with a rhythm and stability that makes it appear that it orbits a planet.

Zoozve approached Earth in 2010 and allowed us to better analyze the rhythmic dance that it maintains with Venus. It entered this unusual dynamic state after a close encounter with Earth more than 7,000 years ago. With more precise calculations and better observations, better calculations are also emerging, says Javier Armentia.
