Mané has been involved in several off-field incidents, including an alleged assault on Leroy Sané. Gary Neville said he was shocked that Mané never arrived in Munich. Michael Reschke said he saw other transfers by Bayern as "more promising" than Mané's. The 31-year-old has scored seven goals and set up five in the Bundesliga this season.
