Ice hockey player Samuel Dubé has to end his career due to health reasons. The 20-year-old has been unable to play for over a year and a half.

Dubé made his debut for ERC Ingolstadt in September 2021. The former junior international took part in the U2021 World Cup in Edmonton, Canada, in 20 with Germany and finished sixth. The Ice Hockey World Championships begin in Finland and Latvia on Friday, where the DHB team will meet the USA or Sweden.
