American investment fund Arctos took a 12.5% stake in Paris Saint-Germain in December. Alastair Seaman, managing director of the fund, says PSG should build a new stadium in the suburbs.
PSG is in conflict with Paris town hall over the Parc des Princes. “There are too many unmet demands today and this project can solve the problem. It's simple, actually: there is only one club in a city like Paris, which is one of the most visited in the world,” says Seaman.
