Peter Sagan to have second heart operation four months before the Olympics. The three-time Slovak world champion had already undergone a heart procedure in February.
The 34-year-old is aiming for the mountain bike event at the 2024 Paris Olympics. Sagan hung up his road bike last fall after 121 victories during his career. He was due to take part in the first round of the French Mountain Bike Cup this weekend in Marseille, but pulled out of the race after suffering an arrhythmia.
