The Koppenberg is one of the most difficult climbs of the Tour of Flanders. Almost the entire peloton had to dismount to climb it on foot.

Mathieu Van der Poel was the only rider to survive the climb. The Belgian won the 108th edition of the race by 1 minute and 20 seconds. The race finished in Ghent, Belgium, on Sunday. The final stage will take place on Sunday, July 8. The Tour of Belgium starts on Saturday, July 7, and finishes on July 14.
