“Third miracle”: Olympic ski champion in baby happiness. Carlo Janka made his World Cup debut in 2005.

At the 2009 World Championships in Val d'Isère, France, he won gold in the giant slalom and bronze in the downhill. Janka was also able to achieve success at the Winter Olympics in Vancouver in 2010. He also won the overall World Cup in the 2009/10 season. The 37-year-old announced his immediate retirement in January 2022 due to health problems.
