IFAB - the body responsible for the game's constitution - will announce at the end of the week the introduction of the new ticket which will eventually be blue. This is the first change regarding the tickets in football matches since the cup World 1970, when the yellow and red cards appeared.
Contrary to the initial report in the Telegraph that the orange card - changed to blue - may star as early as next season in the Premier League, it seems that the experiment will be launched first in the FA Cup. A player who receives two blue cards, similarly to two yellow cards, will end his participation in the same game.
