Hapoel Tel Aviv filed an appeal Sunday morning against the decision of the disciplinary court of the Football Association following the punishment imposed on it last week. The Reds claim that the penalty (actual point deduction, suspended point reduction, closing goals 4-5 for two games at the start of next season and a fine) is extremely severe, extreme and disproportionate.
Hapoel said: "The club strongly argues that the time has come to limit the principle of vicarious liability in such a way that the Principle of sportsmanship will not be violated"
