Alpine skiing: the last descent of winter canceled, no downhill globe for Cyprien Sarrazin. The last race of the season, scheduled for Saalbach (Austria) this Sunday, was canceled due to weather conditions.
The long-awaited clash for the downhill globe will ultimately not take place. The trophy therefore officially goes to the Swiss, more regular throughout the winter. The Frenchman had the best season of his career, claiming four World Cup victories, including two in Kitzbühel.
