A fan fell from a stand of the Monumental de Buenos Aires on Saturday, in the middle of a match between River Plate and the club of Defensa y Justicia. This fan was a subscriber to the matches of the club 37 times champion of Argentina.
The club says security agencies and the tax unit specializing in mass events have opened investigations and closed the scene for 24 hours to try to shed light on the accident. River Plate has declared a day of mourning, with the flag at half-mast.
