Biathlon ace draws harsh consequences after a weak season. Stina Nilsson was relegated to the second-tier IBU Cup after the start in Östersund.
She only managed to return to the World Cup at the end of the season. Nilsson switched from cross-country skiing to biathlon four years ago and is considered a great hope in the Swedish team. Her greatest success was third place in the sprint on March 5, 2022 in Kontiolathi, Finland.
