Lou Jeanmonnot, Sophie Chauveau, Justine Braisaz-Bouchet and Julia Simon won the women's relay title. The victory perfectly illustrates the domination of the French women's biathlon team.
The Blues have been on the podium in 17 of the 22 races already contested (including the 3 individual events of the Worlds). The individual and the relay are the only events where the French have failed to win a medal. They only won a medal at the 32-year-old Les Bleues Biathlon World Championships.
