Senegal beat Ivory Coast 1-0 in the African Cup of Nations round of 16. Habib Diallo scored the only goal of the match with a superb half-volley.
Sadio Mané was sent off for a dangerous tackle on Ibrahim Sangaré. Mané could just as easily have received a red card, but the referee didn't bother to call VAR. The match took place in Yamoussoukro, the organizing country of the tournament. The winner will face either Nigeria or Cameroon in the final.
