Mathieu van der Poel won his sixth May cyclo-cross world title. The 29-year-old Dutchman dominated from start to finish in Tabor, Czech Republic.

Michael Vanthourenhout, Eli Iserbyt, Clément Venturini and Pim Ronhaar finished in the top five. The 2023-2024 season is a formality for the Dutchman, who hopes to win a fifth Monument, including the Olympic mountain bike event in sight.
