A young woman accuses him of having sexually assaulted her on the night of December 30 to 31, 2022 in an ultra-upscale nightclub in the Catalan city. The complainant claims to have been confined in a toilet located at the back of the VIP area reserved by the star. The latter allegedly slapped her then imposed oral and vaginal penetration without her consent.
