Senegal and Ivory Coast face each other this Monday (9 p.m.) in the round of 16 of the African Cup of Nations. Host country Ivory Coast foundered in its last match against Equatorial Guinea, sacked its coach Jean-Louis Gasset and was only saved by the results of the other groups.

Title holders, Senegal flew through Group C, winning their three matches, and are favorites for the competition. The qualifier will face the winner of the eighth between Mali and Burkina Faso, which will take place this Tuesday.
