Théo Curin will have his wax statue at the Grévin museum in 2024. The 23-year-old French swimmer was paralyzed at the age of six.

Curin was the first disabled athlete to have participated in the 57 km aquatic marathon between Santa Fe and Coronda in Argentina. His statue will join those of other athletes such as Camille Lacourt, Teddy Riner and Clarisse Agbégnénou. The museum welcomes 800,000 visitors per year.
