[HIGHLIGHTS] Football: “I scored with my shoulder, why would I lie?”, Vata looks back on the goal which deprived OM of their first European final

Vata scored against Marseille in the European Champion Clubs' Cup semi-final of 1989-90 C1. Benfica and OM will meet in the Europa League quarter-finals on March 11 and 18.

The first leg will take place at the Estadio da Luz in Portugal, the second at the Vélodrome in France. Vata: “I remember this historic goal very well. People say I scored with my hand, but the referee himself never said that and neither did I’ve been saying the same thing for 34 years.”
