Ilyes Chetti was sentenced for sexual assault to four months in prison suspended by the judicial court of Angers last April. The club announced on Wednesday in a statement to part with its 28-year-old left-back.
This sexual assault indirectly caused the departure of Abdel Bouhazama, the former coach of the SCO last March. In the pre-match chat, in Montpellier, the Angevin coach had defended his player by saying: "It's not bad, we have already touched girls".
