Italian anti-doping court confirms the suspension of Paul Pogba for 4 years. Pogba tested positive for testosterone last August, on the sidelines of a match between Juventus and Udinese.

The French international (91 caps, 11 goals) and 2018 world champion will celebrate his 31st birthday on March 15. He was suspended as a precautionary measure by his club following his positive test and has not played a single minute since September 3. If this verdict is a hard blow, it does not (yet) mark the end for Pogba, who can still appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
