The TFC issued a statement on Monday evening after revelations from RMC Sports reporting an altercation between one of its players, Zakaria Aboukhlal, and the city's deputy mayor.
The club will not comment further until the conclusion of the latter. The Moroccan international will train away from the professional group until further notice, pending the results of an internal investigation.
