David Siegel ends his ski jumping career at the age of only 26. He was Junior World Champion and German Champion.

Siegel and his family are involved in the areas of "day care" and "barrier-free living" He won his only World Cup victory with the team in Zakopane, Poland, in January 2019.. David Siegel, here qualifying for the New Year's Jump at the Four Hills Tournament 2023, is ending his career. He is no longer in the German squad for the coming season.
