Former basketball player contested eviction of his company Infinity Nine Mountain in proceedings to take over the Les Gets ski resort. The candidacy of the former sportsman turned businessman was opposed to that of Sagets, the historic operator of the resort's ski lifts.
In January, the municipality canceled by municipal decision the public service delegation (DSP) procedure previously entrusted to Sagets. The INM company requested the emergency suspension of this municipal decision, but its request was rejected by the administrative court on the grounds that there was “no serious doubt” as to the legality of this deliberation.
