The 22-year-old cyclist is one of the hopes of Groupama-FDJ. Born, trained and still licensed at CSM Clamart (Hauts-de-Seine) Paul Penhoët became the youngest winner in the ranking general of the Coupe de France.

At 21 years old, he won the Tour du Finistère and a second place in the Tour de Vendée. He is dressed in a fitted navy blue suit, with particularly well-kept hair.
