World champion faces long break after shoulder operation. Riiber dislocated his shoulder while celebrating at the World Cup in Kuusamo, Finland - and still won two races.
The operation is planned for March 19th – directly after the last World Cup of the winter in his Norwegian home of Trondheim. In the current season, Jarl Magnus Riiber is back at the top of the overall ranking and will win it again if he doesn't miss the remaining World Cups. With his fifth success in the overall World Cup, he would draw level with the German Eric Frenzel.
