Jonas Vingegaard won the last O Gran Camiño in Galicia in February 2023. He won all the stages, despite the snow and cold, and promised to return next year.

Other great cyclists signed up for the Galician race, four stages, one in each province, and they will compete with him. The race, which is only three years old, has taken a great leap forward, as organizer Ezequiel Mosquera is ambitious and bold as he was as a cyclist.
