Luis Rubiales is again one step away from the bench for the non-consensual kiss with Jenni Hermoso. The judge once again proposes to try the former president of the RFEF and three of his collaborators after taking Montse Tomé's witness statement, as the National Court had ordered.
Once the new judicial resolution - which can be appealed - is final, the Prosecutor's Office and the accused persons will have 10 days to request the opening of an oral trial and formulate a document of accusation.
