Three days after beating Japan by a goal in extra time, Ofir Haim's players did it again and turned the unbelievable into an exciting reality in Mendoza. With massive support in the stands, including blue and white smoke grenades, the team continued to shatter glass ceilings and prove that the word faith is not a cliché at all.
"We prove that with faith Israeli football is capable of great things," the coach summed up another historic victory for the under-20 team. Lightning may not strike twice, but the Israeli national team at the U-20 World Championship does.
