Nate Robinson played for 11 years in the NBA and also played for Hapoel Tel Aviv. The 39-year-old star of the past has been dealing with a severe kidney disease for about four years.

Robinson: "If it weren't for the dialysis, I probably wouldn't have lived more than a week or two" "I want to make the most of life as much as I can. There are people whose bodies reject dialysis treatment, but thank God that's not the case and I can continue to live," he said. "I try to enjoy the time as long as I feel healthy. I spend time with the children, with the family and play basketball, doing the things I like," he added. "This is serious, I must not miss treatment. Each treatment takes four hours, three days a week. The treatment helps me and thanks to it I live," the former NBA star said. 'I don't have much time left to live if I don't get a kidney,' Robinson said.
