Italian club Lazio is regularly cited in the news for the fascist acts of some of its fans. Lazio supporters went to the Munich beer hall where Hitler had adopted the program of the Nazi party.
Three Lazio fans were banned for life from the Olympic Stadium in March 2023. In 1998, an odious banner was displayed during another derby against Roma: “Auschwitz is your homeland, the ovens are your homes.” In 2021, an eagle trainer, hired by a service provider, also performed a fascist salute while the public chanted “Duce!”
